With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Marrs of Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carol leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Berry and Doris Berry; her son David Willingham; and her sister Barabra Riggs. She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Ackerman (Billy) of Prosperity; her grandchildren, Savannah Renwick, Ashley Ackerman and Brandon Hanna; and her great grandchild Brynlee Hanna.
