He is survived by: his children, Chuck Minick, Patti M. Dominick (Curtis), Roxanne M. Fulmer (Richard) and Chip Minick (Wanda); his grandchildren, Jason Dominick, Jodi D. Lyons, Brittani A. Kryske and Sidney F. Desai; his stepgrandchild Payden Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Caroline, Evan, Jacob, Nathan, Logan and Nolan.
