She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby; her daughter Sunie Elizabeth Livingston Boozer; her parents, Philip Pepper DuTart and Frances Johnson DuTart; and her siblings, Philip P. DuTart, Jr., James A. DuTart, Mary Ann Silver, Frances D. Condon and Burness O. McCormack.

She is survived by: her son Robert E. Livingston, IV; her daughter-in-law Rebecca; her grandchildren, Andrew, Ledare and Philip; her sister-in-law Pauline Livingston Davis; and her friend Marjean Hughes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
