He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hill and Mary Wyse Hill; and his siblings, Spruce Sendeen, Albert Hill and David Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Werts Hill; his son James A. "Jimmy" Hill, Jr. (Wanda) of Little Mountain; and his siblings, Peggy Counts (Voight) of Little Mountain and Wyse Hill (Kathy) of Pomaria. He is also survived by two granddaughters, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery (2699 College St, Newberry, SC 29108).
