James R. Tingley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Tingley of Newberry, South Carolina, born in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Tingley and Irene Bittenbender Tingley; and his brother Ronald Tingley. He is survived by: his children, Jenny Margaros (David Roberts) of King George, VA and Jeremy Tingley (Jamie) of Benton, PA; his siblings, Kenneth Tingley of Florida and Linda Hoban of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Tori, Levi Tingley and Jacob Randall.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the VFW, Help a Hero Scholarship at 406 W. 34th Street, Kansas City, MO 64111.
