Jordan Tyler Gwyn Obituary

He is survived by : his daughter KiYomi Rose; his parent Jennifer Gwyn; his brothers, Dominic and Jacobi Millhouse; his grandparents, Cathy and Denny Gwyn; and his caregivers, House Calls, Mauresha, Ryan, Camilla and Jordan. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, his best friend, caregiver.
