With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Nance of Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on May 17, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hayward Gray and Narvis Gray; her husband Harold E. Nance; her son Stanley B. Nance; her stepson Harold E. Abnathey; her daughters, Sharon Flemon (Joe) and Doris Wicker (Terry); her sister Polly Gray; and her grandchildren, Tangnakika Cook-Bennett (Kison), Amye Cook, Markela Cook, Latasha Cook, Harold E. Abnathey Jr. (Kayla), Stanton Wicker, Candida Gladney, Li'Tronda Flemon, Valencia Wicker, Terrilyn Wicker, Ja'Bazz Flemon and Diquon Nance. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the James Hopewell Baptist Church (275 Hopewell Church Rd, Newberry, SC 29108).
