It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Shealy of Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Calvin and Mildred Irene Derrick Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Shealy; her daughters, Talisa Lynn Koon (Brent) of Laurens, Pamela Dawn Sloan (Andre) of Greenville, NC and Rhonda Kay Shealy of Columbia; her siblings, Claudia Wise of Newberry and Kenneth Brooks of Newberry; her grandchildren, Austin Lawson, Phillip Lawson, Danielle Koon Cronic (Andrew) and Ryan Koon; and her great grandchildren, David Cronic and Royce Cronic.
