She was predeceased by: her husband George Burk; her parents, Thornwell Wesley and Marie Inez Garrison Nunn; and her sons, Edwin Burk and Kenneth Burk.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Burk, Michael Burk, Daniel Burk and John Burk; and her sisters, Eula and Betsy. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
