He was predeceased by : his parents, John and Ida Welch Fellers; his daughter Gloria Attaway Dozier; his granddaughter Starr Lucinda Crapps; his great grandchild Hunter Jeffords; and his brothers, Levi and Fellers.

He is survived by : his children, Harley Eugene Crapps (Karen), Terry Crapps and Katina L. Crapps Daniels (Gene). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tabernacle Church (122 Whitmire Hwy, Joanna, SC 29351). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
