With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Hunter of Newberry, South Carolina, born in Prosperity, South Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Hunter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Horton and Novice Werts Hunter. He is survived by : his wife Tracey Counts Hunter; his children, Nathan James Hunter of Prosperity and Hollie Helen Hunter (Mary Beth Hunter) of Lexington; his siblings, Linda Guy of Easley, Joan Longshore of Newberry, Miriam Templeton (Bob) of Laurens and Harold Hunter, Jr. (Robbie) of Newberry; and his sister-in-law Alicia Blair (Bob) of Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Silverstreet Lutheran Church Cemetery (120 Long St, Silverstreet, SC 29145).
