He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald E. Lewis and Juanita Peay Lewis. He is survived by : his siblings, Carl Lewis of Valley, AL, Debbie Ellis of Charlotte, NC and Lynn Lewis (Robin Cannon) of Union, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Lewis (Stephanie), Kimberly Lewis (Jennie), Dean Ellis (Sarah), Amy Lewis (Kelly), Benjamin LaCons, Alexandrea Dean (James) and John Mullens. He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
