He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Allen Culbertson. He is survived by: his father Donald Culbertson of Wise, VA; his wife Ava Gardner Culbertson; his sons, Jason Culbertson (Allison) of Simpsonville, Chad Culbertson (Lindsay) of Pomaria and Blake Culbertson (Nicole) of Little Mountain; his sister Noelle Fleming (Stan) of Wise, VA; his grandchildren, Skyler Culbertson (Josie), Kylie Culbertson, Ethan Culbertson, Seth Culbertson, Jaxson Culbertson, Tinsley Culbertson and Waylon Culbertson; and his great grandchild Scarlett Culbertson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
