He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph L. Howe, Sr. and Rose Mae Turner Howe. He is survived by : his siblings, Shirley Lewis of Toccoa, GA, Ralph Howe (Deborah) of Newberry and Mike Howe (Pam Berley) of Newberry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
