He was predeceased by : his parents, John Thomas "J. T." and Sue Brazell Fulmer. He is survived by : his wife Shelby Neel Fulmer; his daughters, Tamra Taylor (Michael) and Brandy Whitesides (Kevin); and his grandsons, Hunter Taylor and Grant Whitesides.
