He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Alice Hall Syphertt and Ulysses Syphertt, Sr.; his children, Marquis Syphertt, Sr. of Newberry, SC, Tremaine Henderson of Newberry, SC, Jymon Syphertt of Blair, SC, Shakera and Uniquia Syphertt; his siblings, Willie (Barbara), Sebastain Syphertt, Sheryl Syphertt of Newberry, SC and Mary Syphertt (Bradley) of Newberry, SC; his aunt Lillian Ojetta Hall; and his close friend Robert Samuel. He was also cherished by two uncles, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
