He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Moore and Jessie Mae Cox Moore; his daughter Marjorie Moore; and his brothers, David and Edgar Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Margie Good Moore; his children, Michael Moore, Steve Moore, Cathy Fogle and Jackie Hyche; and his siblings, Roy Moore, Michael Moore, Buddy Moore, Louise Fox, Linda Bledsoe, Lunette Winburn and Lois Christensen. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
