He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Dorroh and William. He is survived by: his brother James Neel, Sr. (Jo Ann); his sister-in-law Rosalind P. Neel; and his nieces and nephews, Debra N. Holliday (David), Kathy N. Montgomery (Sean), Bert Neel (Melissa) and Scott Neel (Cortney).
