He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Barnette and Hazel Connolly Barnette; and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ann Smith; his son William; his grandson Christopher; and his siblings, Mickey Barnett, Toni Slice and Tina Fulmer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
