He is survived by: his children, Clayton Stephen Collins of Nichols and Whitney Collins Elliott (Andrew) of Nichols; his grandchildren, Mason Clayton Elliott, Maci Caroline Collins and Andi Leigh Elliott; his brother Glenn Collins (Angie) of Nichols; his sister-in-law Karla E. Collins of Nichols; his mother-in-law Betty F. Stephens; his siblings-in-law, Fenton Stephens (Frankie) and Lora Anne Barnhill (Danny) of Nichols; and his nieces and nephews, Becky Bane, Logan Simmons and Matt Collins.
