He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Spivey (Kenny); his brother Buddy Owens (Christy); his stepchildren, Haley, Raelyn and Hunter Powers; his sibling's children, Carrie Owens, Morgan Owens, Tyler Elliott and Altman Owens; and his stepsiblings, Kenny Spivey, Jr. (Tiffany) and Becca Spivey.
