He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew James Elliott and Fleetwood Jackson Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Connie Elliott; his children, Anthony Elliott (Phyllis) and Kimberly Stetson; his grandchildren, Kevin Gasque, Amber Stetson, Peyton Stetson, Emily Stetson, Ali Elliott, Tillman Elliott and Adam Stetson; and his great grandchild Kaseom Gasque.
