He is survived by: his wife Karla Elliott Collins; his brothers, Glenn Collins (Angie) of Nichols and Clayton Collins of Nichols; his siblings' children, Matt Collins, Clay Collins of Nichols, Becky Bane (Jason) of Nichols, Whitney Elliott (Andrew) of Nichols, Erica Carbonell (Alex) of Nichols and Heather Cafferal of Nichols; his sister-in-law Tammy Elliott of Nichols; and his close friends, Milton, Jason Turner and Kason "Bubba" Turner.
