He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Johnson Ouzts and Ruby Nell Ouzts; and his daughter Jennifer Ouzts Yackle. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Horton Ouzts; his children, Suzann Ouzts (Tracie Horne), Angela Renee Ouzts (Bobby Jennings), Jamie Lee Ouzts and John William Horton; his sister Peggy Ouzts Abney (Doug); his nephews, Eric and Jason Abney; his brother Denton Samuel Ouzts (Nancy); and also Kayleigh Chaney. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
