He was predeceased by : his parents, John Tommie "J. T." and Virginia Painter Wood; and his sister Jenny Sue Hastings. He is survived by : his children, Gray Wood (Magen) of Ninety Six, Brian Wood (Gina) of Greenwood, Patti Wood Hester (Bryan) of Ninety Six and Fran Wood (Rick Harrison) of Ninety Six; his grandchildren, Jessica Wood Hoppe (Josh), Ashley Hester Harding (Tyler), Alex Hester (Ashley), Ryan Skidmore, Madelyn Wood, Patrick Wood, Colson Wood, Preston Wood and Graham Wood; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Graham Hoppe, Rosie Hoppe and Collins Harding.
