He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Chapman and Beatrice Seaborn Chapman; his former wife Martha Ann Herd Chapman; his wife Patsy Ann James Chapman; his daughter Pamela Denise Chapman; his brothers, Lee and Edward Chapman; and his grandson Dustin Chapman.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Chapman (Karen) and Tim Chapman (Deanne) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Heather Chapman, Scott Davis, Matthew Chapman and T. J. Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Bradley Stewart, Caden Davis and Gabriel Davis.
