With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evan Williams of Norris, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on March 13, 2021 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Vaughan. He is survived by: his parents, Kennith Wayne and Susan Vaughan Williams; his sister Brandi Denise Williams; his grandparents, Fay Vaughan, James and Patricia Williams; and his niece Harper Grace Moore.

Due to COVID-19 social distancing will be observed and facial masks requested.
