She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clinton Edwards Sr. and Minnie Lou Smith; and her siblings, Larry Clinton Edwards and Lou Ann Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Buddy" Clardy of Liberty; her sons, Mark Clardy (Victoria) of Greenville and Neil Clardy (Mardi) of Liberty; her grandsons, Corey Clardy (Lauren) of Pickens, Brandon Clardy (Haliey) of Liberty and Michael Clardy (Natasha) of Inman; her stepgrandsons, Austin and Michael Holcombe; her great grandchildren, Hailey, McKenzie, Reagan, Brailyn, Lola, Kamryn, Rylee Kate and Lane; and her brothers, Wilbur Edwards of Liberty and George C. Edwards Jr. (Elaine) of Pickens.
