She was predeceased by: her spouse Hovey Dodson of Norris; her parents, Claude Medlin and Etta Swords Medlin; her siblings, Roy Medlin and Lois Watson Medlin; her siblings-in-law, Eugene Burns, David Watson and Betty Weems Medlin; and her son-in-law Douglas Winkler.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Dodson Winkler of Liberty, Doris Dodson Smith (Van) of Easley and Joseph Dodson; her siblings, Guy Medlin of Norris, J. D. Medlin of Norris and Sarah Medlin Burns of Liberty; her sister-in-law Margie Weems Medlin of Norris; her grandchildren, Jennifer Winkler Richeson (Kyle) of Townville, Timothy Winkler (Erica) of Six Mile and Phillip Winkler of Liberty; her great grandchildren, Jake Richeson, Tyler Richeson (Emily), Brandon Richeson, Hunter Richeson (Jennifer), Caden Winkler, Josie Winkler, Henrik Winkler and Afton Winkler; and her great great grandchildren, Stetson Richeson, Stokes Richeson and Baby Richeson.
