It is with sadness that the passing of Anita Lillian Sablan of North Augusta, South Carolina is shared. Anita, born on March 28, 1969, passed away on June 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Anita will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her father Frederick William Sablan. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Sablan (Nanpei) of Fairborn; her husband Douglas S. Patko; her brother Alexander; her sister-in-law Amy Sablan of Tipp City; her brothers, Greg Patko of Uniontown and Dave (Laurie Patko); and her father-in-law Andy Patko of Englewood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
