We bid farewell to Cecil Bernard Hatcher of North Augusta, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 18, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Hatcher and Mary Hill Randall; and his sisters, Anita Hatcher and Frances "Frankie" Solomon. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Keith "Jeff" Hatcher; his caregiver Mary Ann Harley; his brothers, Bobby Randall (Kim) and Johnny Randall; and his friends, Bobby Hays and Rich Hays.
