He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Sims, Sr.; and his siblings, Dennis Sims and Beverly Sims. He is survived by: his parent Ola Boyd Sims; his grandson Rylen Webb; his daughter Valene (MSgt Josh); and his brothers, Tommy Sims (Brenda) and Mike Sims (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, as well as other family members.
Memorials in memory of Charles may be given to the Celebrate Recovery Program at TrueNorth Church.
