He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Warren and Bessie Mae Key Turner. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Pearl Garrett-Turner; his children, Dr. Johnnie Fidel Turner, Jr., Angelia Anetia Turner and Dr. Brenda Renee'Turner; his sisters, Justine T. Butler and Bettie T. Jackson; his aunt Essie Turner; his grandson Jakobe Naieem Brady Turner; and his godchildren, Arnissa B. Jackson, Ranji M and J. D.. He is also survived by four brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Transfiguration Missionary Baptist Church (350 Blanchard Rd, North Augusta, SC 29841). A burial will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Pineview Memorial Gardens (Five Notch Rd, Belvedere, SC 29841).
