He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Martin and Robert Martin; and his brothers, James L. Martin (Rachel) and Dion F. Martin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rushing Martin; his daughters, Kimberly Scoggins, Amanda Scoggins and Martha Scoggins; his grandchildren, Breanna, Travis, Kylie, Abby, Dylan, Joshua, Kaylee and Kaleb; and his siblings, Erma A. Sorrell and Kirk F. Wool.
