We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2023, at the age of 88, Harold Gene Porter of North Augusta, South Carolina, born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harold Gene Porter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, C. Neal Porter and Gertrude Porter; and his siblings, Bob Porter (Joan), Norman Porter, Lucille Greene (George) and Evelina Panther (HK).

He is survived by : his wife Joy R. Porter; his daughters, Robin E. McGee (Ronnie) and Charlotte P. Thomas (James); his grandchildren, Drew Emmette and Tori Livengood (Steven); and his sister-in-law Brenda Porter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
