We are sad to announce that, on May 22, 2023, at the age of 90, Hugh McLean Walker Jr. of North Augusta, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McLean Walker, Sr. and Margie Belle Shackelford Walker; his wife Joan; and his son Hugh M. "Clay" Walker III. He is survived by: his children, Daryl Shipman (Sherry) and Beverly Winchester (Calvin); and his sister Jeanne Hendrix Baggs. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
