He is survived by: his wife Saralyn Gamble; his children, John Duane Gamble, Jr. (Carla Johnson), Shannon Gamble Slaton (Billy), Sean Gamble (Ashley) and Jennifer Brackett (Michael); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Garner and Madison Slaton.
