He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Broyles and Gertrude Broyles; and his former wife Sandra M. Broyles. He is survived by: his wife Youla Henson Broyles; his children, Lora B. Bollinger (Don) and John E. Broyles II (Susan); and his grandsons, Christopher D. Bollinger, Alden J. Broyles and Andrew K. Broyles.
