He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane; his sons, Richard Brown (Stacy) and Christopher Brown (Melinda); his granddaughter Angela Faith Brown; his daughters, Ronda and Tonya; his great grandchildren, Austin, Devin (Emily), Madison (Cody), Cameron, McKinsey, Jared, Alana, Brody, Milo Harley and PawPaw; his parents, Richard Brown and Jean Brown-Ladd; and his siblings, Mike Brown (Sandra) and Pam Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be sent to the Victory Baptist College, 620 W. Martintown Road, North Augusta, South Carolina.
