He is survived by: his son William Maxwell Kay; his siblings, Joe Kay (Linda), Mike Kay (Paige), Steve Kay (Dot) and Judy Pair (Mike); and his brothers-in-law, Barney D. Lamar and Thomas H. Lamar. He is also survived by six nieces; and one nephew.
