She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Lavon Salters, Cosandra Salters Moten and Danella Salters Wilder (Scott); her daughter-in-law Andrea Salters; her goddaughter Evelyn Williams; her grandchildren, Aiyana Ogunniran (Samuel), Brendan Salters (Salimah), Jarius Kedzierski, Tationa McKelvey, Ian Salters and Patrick Williams (Ashleigh); her great grandchildren, Zaire, Amelia, Ava, Mila, Maximilliono, Layla, Azaria, Zion, Laylah and Ezekial; her siblings, Charles Brown Sr. (Virginia) of John Island, SC, Mary Haynes of North Charleston, SC, Lauretta Brown of Ravenel, SC and Barbara Ann Powell of Stone Mountain, GA; and her aunt Bertherteen Peters (Keith) of Ravenel, SC..
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Suburban Funeral Home Chapel (2336 Meeting Street Rd, North Charleston, SC 29405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Nazarene Baptist Church (4383 Savannah Hwy, Ravenel, SC 29470).
