She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Harley and Monteene Ellen Randall Harley; her husband John W. Mitchum, Jr.; her children, Terry Proveaux, Sandra Ballard and Jay Mitchum; her grandson Toby Long; and her siblings, Pam Dearing, Margie Childress and Pat Harley.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jason Elam, Trevor Elam, Noah Elam, Jordan Ballard and Mandy Morse; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Grace, Marley and John Ascher; and her stepdaughter Margie Sutton (Adam) of Summerville.
