She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ricks and Leona Ricks; and her daughter Tonjua Teague. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Nelson (Mitchell) and Joseph Nelson; her partner Jerry Bailey; and her partner's daughter Lisa.
