She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Dewey Gamble and Margaret Erlene Hagan Gamble; her husband James A. Fields; and her brother William Francis Gamble. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Fields (Cindy), Steve Fields (Tracie) and Chuck Fields (Michelle); and her sister Margaret Ann Gamble Guy. She is also survived by her family: two nieces, three nephews, eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Funeral Home (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
