Mattingly (Tim) of Raleigh, NC.; his parents, James E. Mattingly and Jeneane "Bonnie" Mattingly of Charleston, WV.; his family David; his sisters, Dina Mohler (Bill) of Charleston, WV, Danita Nellhaus (Kurt) of Charleston, WV and Debora Mattingly of Charleston, WV; and his friends, Hill and BeliMed Life Science.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in David's honor to either the American Red Cross or K9s for Warriors.
