He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julie; his children, Ethan Allen, Kylee Allen, Rhett Hatfield and Houston Allen; his parents, David Allen (Elizabeth) and Lori Horton (Howard); and his siblings, Tim Allen (Alice), Amy Bickle (Josh), Victor Horton (Jessica) and Kristen Georger.
