He is survived by: his daughter Kacie Brooke Chambers Payne (Stephen); his grandchildren, Ãndrea Michelle Stephen, Timothy Wayne Stephen III and Albert Asberry Stephen IV; his son Charles David Payne (Charles); his grandchildren, Jaxson Carter Phillip Payne and Marin Elizabeth Jacobs; his daughter Donna Marie Kelley; his nibling Ashley Tonette Kelley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenadie Rayy Harder, Liam Danny Harder and Dustin Michael Kelley; his daughter Dana Michelle McIrvin; his granddaughters, Katelyn Renee McIrvin and Megan Elizabeth Griffith; his daughters, Britany Nichole Judy and Jennifer Marie Guay (Ricky); Charlie Irisann Kelley, Blakey Laine Kelley and Taylor Marie Kelley. He is also survived by 5 children, 10 Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
