He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Stephens and Marie Stephens; his wife Helen Stephens; his daughters, Tracy Lyssand (Mons) of Tysnes, Norway and Jill Simmons of Charleston; his grandchildren, Chelsea Lyssand of Charleston, Pytten Lyssand of Tysnes, Cassie McHenry (Tyler) of Charleston and Taylor Simmons of Lexington, SC.; and his brother-in-law Al Harris of Utah.
