She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Carroll and John Ray Jones; her parents-in-law, Linda and Ellis Jr.; and her niece Kaela.
She is survived by: her husband Ellis Brunson; her sisters, Denise Tompkins and Celeste Cockcroft (Wade); her sister-in-law Lori Powers (Tony); her siblings' children, Morgan Cockcroft (Ben), Kelsey Slaton, Kevin Cockcroft and Thomas Ayers (Emily); her great-niece Memphis; her great-nephew Hunter; and her pets, Pepper, Ziggy, Willow, JoJo and Jax.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wando Woods (4123 Dorsey Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
