She was predeceased by: her husband Leon V. Giles. She is survived by: her daughter La'Shawn R. Giles; her grandson Justin R. Freeman; her great grandchild Austin J. Freeman; her sister Mary S. Brisbane; her nephews, Wendell Simmons, Oblee Brisbane and Tron Brisbane; and her niece Chantelle Brisbane. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
